Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)

What is Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)?

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a natural product processed from a small sample of the client's blood. The plasma is applied topically and injected to help the tissue heal and regenerate new cells for increased elasticity and improve skin tone as well as soften lines and wrinkles.

How Does the Treatment Work?

Blood is drawn from the client's arm which is then spun in a centrifuge. The PRP is then put in a syringe and injected into the client's face.

How Long Does the Procedure Take?

The procedure takes about an hour due to the application of topical anesthesia, and centrifuge time.

Is There Any Downtime?

There is no downtime, but there will be swelling on the face. The swelling can be diminished by using an ice pack on the face.
